Zenith Bank Nigeria is set to announce Dame (Dr) Adaora Umeoji as its new Group Managing Director (GMD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), replacing Dr. Ebenezer Onyeagwu.
As reported by Naira Metrics, Zenith Bank continues the legacy of appointing insiders as its GMD and CEO. Therefore, it is no surprise that Dame (Dr.) Adaora Umeoji is next in line to take up Zenith Bank’s leadership mantle. Dame (Dr.) Adaora has over 20 years of banking and executive management experience. Most recently, Dame Adaora was reappointed as the bank’s Deputy Managing Director, which amplified her as an asset to the bank and a testament to her management expertise.
