Mo Abudu wins Forbes 2024 Businesswoman of the Year Award

At the Forbes Africa Woman Awards on Friday night, Forbes Africa awarded Nigerian media mogul and CEO of Ebony Life Group, Mo Abudu, the prestigious Forbes 2024 Businesswoman of the Year award.

Prior to this award, Mo Abudu, along with Okonjo Iweala, was named among Forbes Magazine’s 100 most powerful women in 2023, as well as in previous years. Aside from being a CEO and media mogul, Mo Abudu remains an inspiration to women all over the world, especially in Africa. Through Ebony Life, Abudu has created a space for film enthusiasts and creators to thrive in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

In an appreciation post on Instagram, Mo Abudu dedicated the prestigious award from Forbes Africa to the Ebony Life Team and women all over the world.

She further thanked her family and close relatives for their support, which continuously fuels her ambition. Again, Mo shares simple words of encouragement for women.
