A look at the Golden Globes winners, highlighting top films, television standouts, and award-winning performances.

The Golden Globes once again set the tone for awards season, celebrating a year defined by bold storytelling, standout performances, and music that resonated with worldwide audiences. From career-defining wins by the year’s most compelling actors to films that garnered both critical acclaim and audience attention.

This year’s ceremony also marked meaningful milestones, as Black winners took centre stage in moments that reflected both progress and excellence across film and television. At the 83rd Golden Globes, “One Battle After Another” and “Adolescence” emerged as major winners with four Globes each. Teyana Taylor delivered one of the night’s most powerful moments, winning Best Supporting Actress for her performance in “One Battle After Another.” Meanwhile, Michael B. Jordan’sSinners” earned significant recognition, taking home the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement award, and Best Original Score for composer Ludwig Göransson, underscoring the film’s cultural and commercial impact.

Music also played a defining role at the Golden Globes, with songs that elevated storytelling beyond the screen. The award for Best Original Song went to K-pop Demon Hunters’ “Golden,” a vibrant, emotional anthem that quickly became one of the ceremony’s standout highlights. Together, the Golden Globes winners painted a clear picture of a year driven by talent, representation, and artistry — setting a strong foundation for the awards season ahead.
