In a powerful new collaboration, The She Tank joins forces with podcast series MENtality with Ebuka.
The She Tank, the global feminist culture lab and creative studio founded by Blessing Omakwu, has announced a partnership with celebrated media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. The groundbreaking collaboration is set to redefine gender conversations for his upcoming podcast series, “MENtality with Ebuka”, premiering on 28 October 2025.
She Tank X MENtality: challenging stereotypes, one story at a time

The partnership blends The She Tank’s expertise in gender, storytelling, and cultural innovation with Ebuka’s influence in media and public discourse. The partnership also aims to ignite a national dialogue around masculinity, identity, and emotional well-being. The series seeks to challenge stereotypes while inviting men into the gender-equality conversation with empathy and authenticity.
“At The She Tank, we believe that gender equality cannot thrive without men being part of the conversation,” says Blessing Omakwu, Founder of The She Tank. “Our collaboration on MENtality is about building bridges. We’re creating a space where men can unpack the pressures of masculinity, share their truths, and be seen as full human beings. When individuals grow together, society becomes stronger.”
She Tank: Where storytelling meets social transformation
Since its inception, The She Tank has been at the forefront of culture-shifting storytelling — creating campaigns that move audiences from “empowerment” to true “power.” Its viral #HerMoneyHerPower initiative, for instance, sparked continent-wide discussions on women’s financial independence and equity. Through partnerships with major institutions and creative leaders, the organisation continues to explore the intersections of gender, pop culture, and faith, using media as a tool for transformation.
What to expect on MENtality with Ebuka
Produced by The She Tank Studios in collaboration with EME and JM Films, MENtality with Ebuka will explore topics such as fatherhood, friendship, faith, emotional health, and cultural expectations. The show will use open, data-informed, and story-driven conversations to achieve this. The partnership marks a pivotal step toward a new storytelling model, one where gender discourse is not divisive but inclusive, reflective, and solution-oriented.
