A grand return to the Grand Palais
The show began with a powerful visual, as model Nigina Sharipova opened the doors of the newly named ‘Gabrielle Chanel’ entrance—an homage to the house’s legendary founder. Sharipova, dressed in a striking black jumpsuit with a feathered collar, commanded the space beneath the venue’s iconic glass roof, setting the tone for the collection’s theme of flight and freedom. The Grand Palais, with its stunning glass dome and open expanse, served as the perfect backdrop, enhancing the airy, ethereal feel of the collection.
A collection that soars
Chanel’s spring-summer 2025 collection paid tribute to movement and lightness. The collection featured soft, flowing silhouettes and delicate materials such as chiffon and silk, all accented by feathers, sequins, and detailed embroidery. Highlights included a sky-blue feather-trimmed cape paired with flared jeans and a black satin shirtdress adorned with embroidered feathers.
