Stars shine at the 83rd Golden Globes
The 83rd Golden Globe Awards lit up the Beverly Hilton on 11 January 2026, with comedian Nikki Glaser back on hosting duties for a second year in a row. Celebrating the best in film and television — alongside original music and the still-buzzing podcast category introduced last year — the ceremony once again proved why it’s one of awards season’s most stylish nights.
And if the trophies set the tone, the fashion sealed the moment. From high-glam drama to impeccably tailored statements, these are the top looks that truly stood out for us.

Teyana Taylor

We can all agree at this point that no matter what Teyana Taylor wears, she always looks incredible. For the night, she stepped out in a floor-length, custom black Schiaparelli gown featuring a stunning turtleneck and sculpted pleating across the chest and bodice. A plunging neckline that subtly curved toward the sides as well.
The drama didn’t stop there; the back of the outfitdipped open just enough, complete with a daring bit of a bumster moment for the bottom part. Effortlessly striking, Teyana delivered one of the strongest looks of the night.
Olandria Carthen

Love Island USA runner-up, Olandria Carthen captivated in a stunning custom Christian Siriano gown in rich emerald green. The funnel corset bodice perfectly accentuated her figure, while the skirt flowed into a dreamy mermaid silhouette finished with a ruffled detail. From her flawless hair and makeup to the sparkling jewellery, every element came together to make her look like an absolute princess.
Wunmi Mosaku

Wunmi Mosaku made a stunning entrance on the red carpet, and she wasn’t alone — she had a very special guest in tow. Debuting her baby bump, Mosaku turned heads in a flowing custard-yellow gown that perfectly complemented her skin tone. She topped off the look with a striking threaded hairstyle, and her radiant pregnancy glow made the ensemble feel truly unforgettable.
Chase Infiniti

At first glance, I thought, wow, that blouse is everything. Chase Infiniti wore a custom Louis Vuitton embellished silver corset top with glass detailing that caught the light beautifully. She paired this with a floor-length velvet skirt featuring a dramatic mermaid tail. The combination was dazzling, giving her a standout red carpet moment.
Ariana Grande

In a dark contrast to her previous red carpet looks this year, Grande, opted for a custom black Vivienne Westwood gown. Her dress featured an asymmetrical neckline, artfully balancing a sculpted one-shoulder silhouette with a soft off-shoulder drape. Below, a voluminous pleated skirt added movement and drama, amplifying the gentle, princess-like elegance she’s long been known for.
Her iconic ponytail hairdo and makeup stayed true to that gentler approach — polished and romantic—bringing the entire look together effortlessly. As always, she looked stunning.
Jenna Ortega

I must say, there hasn’t been a single red carpet appearance Jenna Ortega has graced in the past year, where she hasn’t absolutely delivered. It’s genuinely impressive how her stylists consistently manage to get it right, maintaining her streak of standout, runway-worthy moments.
This time, she stepped out in Dilara Findikoglu SS26, and the look was nothing short of striking. The gown featured a built-up neckline with exposed sides that heightened its sultry edge, while the cap sleeves with beaded fringes added movement and a subtle shimmer.
A floor-length skirt beginning at a dropped waist completed the silhouette, and as always, Jenna embodied her signature dark, moody, and majestic energy.

Kate Hudson

Among a sea of black gowns, Kate Hudson stole the spotlight. She shone in a custom Armani Privé dress in metallic chrome silver, a hue that commanded attention. The jewels added that bling to the dress, and the intricate beadwork that fell from the middle to the sides brought out the shape of the dress.
The beaded fringe along the hem added just the right amount of shimmer and movement that you just had to stop and stare. So glamorous, this was hands down one of the best looks of the night.
Elle Fanning

Elle Fanning arrived in one of the simpler looks of the night, and that’s exactly what made it work. Proof that simplicity truly is the ultimate sophistication, she wore a custom Gucci gown with a deep V-neckline, adorned with delicate blue floral detailing in varying shades. The soft palette played beautifully against her complexion, lending the look an ethereal glow. She was, quite simply, radiant.
Charlie XCX

Charli XCX, styled by Chris Horan, stunned in a custom two-piece Saint Laurent look featuring a black feathered wide-neck V-neck blouse. Paired with an elegant white, floor-length skirt. Her makeup was flawless, and the subtle pop of burgundy from her nails added just the right touch of colour, elevating the look and tying everything together seamlessly.
Audrey Nuna

After matching her K-Pop Demon Hunters character Mira at last year’s VMAs, Audrey Nuna continues to slay every red carpet. Her style has always been distinct and delightfully quirky, and it shines with every appearance.
She did it again for this red carpet in Thom Browne AW24, where the ballooned silhouette added drama and volume, while the delicate net veil perfectly completed the look. Her fingers were adorned with a full array of rings, while the bold black lip served as the main point, making her stand out completely.

Lisa

Lisa from BLACKPINK, who also presented at the awards, looked absolutely ethereal in a sheer Jacquemus gown. She added a touch of extra glamour with a show-stopping Bulgari necklace, adding a bold feature statement piece to the look.
Rei Ami

Rei Ami had one of the most sultry dresses of the night, stunning in a black sheer lace gown with structured hips and crystals embellishing the entire silhouette. Her red aura nails added the perfect pop of drama, completing an unforgettable look.
Fashion that keeps us waiting for more
The official purpose of the night was to celebrate outstanding performances in TV and film. However for fashion lovers everywhere, the red carpet was just as much the main event. It delivered head-turning, unforgettable looks that stole the spotlight. Once again, the 83rd Golden Globes reminded us why we can’t get enough of red carpet style: statement-making fashion all in one night. Can’t wait to see what next awards season brings! Till next time.
