The Victoria’s Secret fashion show dazzles in an angelic comeback!

Forget everything you knew about the old Victoria’s Secret because the angels have officially re-emerged, flying higher than ever. After a four-year hiatus, the iconic brand returned on 15 October at the Brooklyn Navy Yard—bringing in supermodels, style moments, and a refreshing new attitude. Inclusivity, diversity, and a celebration of all body types took centre stage, proving that the Victoria’s Secret of today is more than just wings and glitter.

Here are the best moments that made this comeback one for the books:

The Hadid sisters ruled the runway

Gigi Hadid opened the show with pastel-pink wings so massive they could’ve had their own postcode. Strutting like she owned the runway (because she does), she threw a wink and blew a kiss, sending the crowd into a frenzy. With silver wrap heels and a pink satin playsuit, Gigi gave us all the angel nostalgia we didn’t know we missed. Then, as if that wasn’t iconic enough, Bella Hadid also took the runway, rocking a red bolero so fluffy it looked like it could fly. The sisters shut it down during Cher’s Believe, leaving us all wondering—who needs over-the-top gimmicks when you’ve got the Hadids?

Paloma Elsesser brings the house down

Curve model Paloma Elsesser stepped onto the runway, radiating confidence in a beautifully structured corset. The crowd’s reaction? Deafening. Paloma embodied the brand’s rebranding efforts, showing that Victoria’s Secret is ready to embrace all body types. Her presence marked a pivotal shift toward more authentic, diverse beauty.

Legends in the lineup: Kate Moss steals the spotlight

Victoria’s Secret promised a fresh, inclusive vision, and it absolutely delivered. One of the night’s biggest highlights was Kate Moss making her VS runway debut at 50, turning heads in a sheer black lace dress over lingerie and reminding everyone why she remains a fashion icon and proving that glamour only gets better with age.

Alex Consani’s trailblazing moment

Trans model Alex Consani took the runway by storm, radiating confidence and glamour. With her striking looks and infectious energy, she not only broke barriers but also redefined beauty standards, showcasing Victoria’s Secret’s renewed commitment to inclusivity. As she walked, the audience erupted in cheers, celebrating the powerful message that fashion truly knows no bounds and is a canvas for everyone.

Musical performances stole the show

The musical acts were just as star-studded as the runway itself. K-pop sensation Lisa kicked things off by draping herself over a motorcycle (yes, you read that right) and belting out her hit Rockstar. Tyla followed with an electric set, but the night’s most unforgettable moment? Cher took the stage to perform Believe an iconic song about empowerment and reinvention, set against the backdrop of the Empire State Building glowing pink in the distance. It was a performance that felt as iconic as the show’s return.

Adriana Lima’s emotional homecoming

For OG fans, Adriana Lima’s return to the runway felt like the heart of the night. After leaving the brand in 2018, she came back looking more radiant than ever in a plaid strappy ensemble. “This is where it all started for me,” Lima shared backstage. “I didn’t think I’d be back, but here I am—and it feels amazing.”

Ashley Graham made her debut—and owned it

Plus size model, Ashley Graham’s presence marked a major milestone for the brand. “This is a different Victoria’s Secret,” she shared during hair and makeup. “I’m seeing girls who look like me and girls who look nothing like me. That’s what fashion should be.” Graham, glowing with confidence, proved that beauty comes in every size—and that the new VS is embracing it.

Tyra Banks closed the show with iconic flair

It wouldn’t be a proper Victoria’s Secret show without a grand finale. Tyra Banks, who hasn’t graced the runway since 2005, strutted out in a black and silver corset with a flowing cape, leading the final walk. As confetti rained from the ceiling, all the models returned to the runway, closing the night with a spectacular curtain call.

Whether you came for the nostalgia, the new faces, or Cher’s legendary vocals, the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show gave us a night to remember.
