La Roche-Posay is bringing sun protection, dark spot solutions, and expert advice to Lagos shoppers with a week-long pop-up at Ikeja City Mall.
Trusted dermatological skincare brand La Roche-Posay is putting skin health front and centre with an immersive pop-up experience at Ikeja City Mall, Lagos. At the heart of the activation are La Roche-Posay’s Anthelios range, renowned for its high-performance SPF formulas. Additionally, the Mela B3 serum, a targeted treatment designed to visibly reduce hyperpigmentation while being gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Why you should attend the La Roche-Posay pop-up
For many Black people, effective skincare is often obstructed by limited access to tailored information, professional guidance, and melanin-rich products. With this pop-up, La Roche-Posay is closing that gap and creating a space where science meets self-care in a tangible, community-centred way.
“This pop-up reflects our commitment to advancing skin health awareness through education, access, and dermatologist-backed solutions,” says Nadia Amasa, a representative of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty. “La Roche-Posay’s Anthelios and Mela B3 lines have set a new standard for clinically effective skincare in photoprotection and pigment correction, especially for skin of colour. We’re excited to connect directly with Nigerian consumers in a setting that’s both informative and engaging.”
This activation builds on La Roche-Posay’s growing presence in Nigeria. The brand partnered with Medplus pharmacies to host its first Lagos pop-up event. It featured on-site dermatologist sessions, discounts, and appearances from popular skincare influencers, including Dimma Umeh, Ezinne Alfa, and Gloria Okpara.
For shoppers at Ikeja City Mall, this event offers trusted education and direct access to professional skincare advice. It also reaffirms that healthy skin should be accessible to everyone, regardless of skin tone, concern, or budget.
