I was behind the scenes as the iconic mother-daughter duo prepared for a cover shoot that celebrates their shared legacy, creative brilliance, and unshakable bond.
The setting
We started our day at Deola Lagos headquarters, a space that breathes the same sophistication as the Sagoe women. The buzz was electric, as a team of beauty maestros and stylists assembled to create two unforgettable cover moments.

For Deola, Lancôme provided by Esenza was the key to her flawless transformation. Under the skilful hands of world-renowned makeup artist Bimpe Onakoya, Deola’s makeup look was all about elegance.
